Copper Lamp Workshop for adults
During this workshop, design and make your own copper lamp. Learn simple circuitry and the basics of woodworking. The workshop typically includes tools such as saws, drills, as well as raw materials such as copper sheeting and wiring.
Design and make a functional and decorative lighting piece with the guidance of an instructor!
- Use a pipe cutter to shape the lamp
- Choose and shape a solid wood base
- Learn how to wire a 3-pin plug and a rocker switch
- If there's time, personalise wit woodburning.
Class sizes are kept small at a maximum of 8 participants.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
After the workshop, if you have additional time, create a design and learn wood burning with our resident artist who will teach you methods to get different texture and shades!
Workshop duration: 4.5 hours

Attire: Please wear closed-toe shoes to the venue. Dress comfortably. No loose or flowy clothing.
All personal PPE (personal protective equipment) will be provided. Do note that despite the measures taken to mitigate injuries, woodworking like all hands-on craft comes with inherent risks.
